I am a 23 year old photographer and writer who is looking for a place to call home in Melbourne. While I am on a working holiday visa, I do intend to settle down in Melbourne since I am greatly attracted to its music, arts and culture scene plus I am not much of a “live out of your backpack for months on end” type of person.

I was born in the US, but raised in Mallorca, Spain since I was 3 years old - and especially now more than ever i consider myself more Spanish than Miss USA.

I am an outgoing, active and creative person; but also someone who greatly appreciates downtime and despite my extrovert-like tendencies I am at homebody to my core. I have been described as bubbly, eccentric, energetic, funny, one-of-a-kind… but also kindhearted, calming, trustworthy, loving and honest.

I enjoy spending my time doing a plethora of things, particularly reading, writing, going on runs, cooking, arts-and-crafts, listening to and exploring music (I am an AVID concert-goer and it is also where much of my photography focuses on), going on hikes and to the beach. I also love doing things with and for other people, like hosting movie nights, doing art projects, cooking for people…

I am always open to trying new activities, and I am always down for an adventure whether that includes a grounding experience in the great outdoors or a wild one on a night out!

I am in a transitory period of my life, having recently graduated university, so I am using my 20s to explore the world and to experience the exciting unknown while hopefully figuring it out along the way… but who ever has it figured out. Nonetheless, I will be coming into town with a job lined up, and if worse comes to worst, enough money to cover my ass while i search for a job in hospitality or wherever.

I am also moving with my friend Lua, hence why I am open to 2 free spaces in a flat but also just one for me is amazing!

For me a good flatmate is someone who respects my self and my space, who is trustworthy, friendly, and an honest person. I also greatly appreciates clear communication someone who is clean, particularly in shared spaces.

I am someone who greatly appreciates clear communication, so I like being made aware of my flatmates boundaries, ways of life and if I am imposing on such areas or if I am crossing a boundary. A quality which I hope is similarly extended to me.

I do not expect to share a life with a roommate in and outside of the flat, but i do not wish to live with a stranger neither.

I do not mind sharing pantry staples, like pastas or milks, as long as we agree to split the costs. Same goes for other essential household items, like toilet paper and cleaning supplies.

I am also someone who loves to cook for people, and I am so open and happy to do regular flatmate-meals where we share recipes and a good time. I also love to bring special snacks and sweets to share too.

I also tend to follow a vegetarian/vegan diet but I am open to trying new things!

Since I will be hauling my ass from Spain I will not be bringing any shared-space furniture with me, but I will love to contribute in any way I can and I love decorating spaces.
