Food sharing and furniture
I need guaranteed access to a dishwasher, laundry facilities including a washer and dryer, and ideally a vacuum cleaner and mop. Handrails would be appreciated, though they aren’t essential. I’d prefer if we each supply our own items like laundry detergents, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, and cleaning products, and that we clean up after ourselves and respect each other’s space. To avoid potential conflicts, it’s important that we use our own products and appliances unless we’ve agreed to share certain things.
I’ll need space in my room for my PC setup. It would be ideal if a desk is already provided, but I can arrange my own if necessary. The only furniture I’ll bring with me is my PC, office chair, bed, and possibly a few appliances, depending on what’s already available or communal.
During winter, I’ll need to use a heater, and in summer, a fan or cooler. I’m happy to bring my own appliances if these aren’t already provided, but I do need to ensure I can use them when needed.
When it comes to food, I think it’s best that we cook for ourselves using our own ingredients and clean up after ourselves when we’re done. That said, I’m happy to help each other out if either of us is going through a tough time. I’m also open to discussing occasional shared activities or communal meals if that’s something you’d like to do.
