Hey there! I'm Emmanuel Josephine, a 29 y/o nonbinary transmasc artist (they/them).
My current sharehouse is sadly dissolving and Iām now looking for somewhere new. Looking to move out before the 29th of Dec, can move anytime before then, sooner the better. Iām looking for a sharehouse around the inner and mid northern/north east suburbs; Fitzroy, Northcote, Preston, Fairfield, Kew, etc. I have 10 years experience sharehousing, and I'm a fully grown adult with traits such as: Good Communication, Tidy Up and Respect Others.
Iām currently a support worker and am finishing my bachelor of illustration. I'm always down for a chat, love a group dinner or a movie night but also love & respect mutual space and downtime! Very much a creative, love crafting & cooking, and usually have some over-ambitious project I'm working on. I'm currently watching a lot of horror and comedy, and playing agonizingly hard survival games.
My max budget is around $850 a month (utilities not included). I'm looking for a medium-large room, decent aircon, and some kind of third/extra/outside space that can be used for making stuff; not to monopolize, just to use as a household! I can come with some optional communal furniture such as Fridge and Couch & rugs š
