Urgent help needed. I recently moved from Adelaide to Melbourne but have been told the living arrangements aren’t working, and have a month from today (February 11) to vacate.
I am a 50 year old male with hearing impairment (wear hearing aids) who is on a DSP. Furniture includes a queen size bed frame and mattress, bedside drawers, chest of drawers, some boxes of odds and ends, and plenty of clothes. BIRs and my own use of a bathroom would be a plus.
Willing to pay up to $350pw with bills included. If less, then even better. Not a smoker or do drugs. If you can help, or know someone who can help, let me know.
Flexibility with paying bond or rent in advance would also be appreciated. Happy to pay of course, but as only having recently moved, I will be in a tight bind financially, and will be chasing up return of my current bond.
I am a considerate, clean, friendly and reliable person, who is responsible - both personally and financially - bills are always paid.
I do not drive, so no car parking needed, but being close to trams and/or trains would be great. Pretty open with areas, but nothing too far out. (currently in Port Melbourne)
