Hi there, I am a young 50yo single woman who is looking for a new home. I am very friendly, independent, obsessively tidy and pretty quiet when at home, oh, and I adore animals! I also travel a bit during the week & weekends.

Important personal qualities
I am fairly quiet but always up for a chat & a laugh with whoever is around. I pretty much cook my own food but would be happy to share a meal occasionally? I love TV, so that is generally my evening 'go to' when not studying, so not really interested in a party house. I would love it if there were pets around and I am looking for mature persons, either in age or personality :) I don't mind if you are M, F or LGBTIQ+
Food sharing and furniture
I don't have any food preferences, I pretty much eat everything (but am super fussy with meat & cut all the gross fat bits off. If it's an organ, I go running for the hills!) Anyway, I am a normally heathly eater if that includes chocolates & lollies, and generally cook for myself. Not to turn down a few shared meals if you dare! Lol :)
Of course if I see the house needs something eg toilet paper etc, I will buy it.
In terms of furniture, I really just have my stuff for a bedroom. Queen bed & personal belongings.
