Hello,
My name is Nicola, I'm a full time uni student studying osteopathy at Victoria University and working part time as a remedial massage therapist.
I’m on the hunt for a long term stay in a share house (ideally 12 months), looking to move in 5 - 9th Feb 2025. I'm interested in quiet suburbs close to the city (for work/uni) but with good access to green spaces; Brunswick, Coburg, Richmond, Fitzroy, Carlton etc. Looking to live with people roughly my age (20 - 30yrs) and preferably femme presenting. Neurodivergent and queer friendly.
I love art and music, and enjoy painting/drawing in my free time. I also love a good out door adventure, and have discovered a passion for running since moving to Melbourne. I’m perpetually on the hunt for an adventure buddy that might like to gym/run/hike/walk with me, and would love to be part of an adventurous and outdoorsy household. That being said, I am a full time student so during semester I spend most of my afternoons studying. I do like my own space but I’m looking for a home where I can challenge myself to get out of my introverted bubble and make friends. I love to cook and would be interested in doing regular dinner/movie/game nights or something similar with my housemates. I'm pretty new to Melbourne so would love to explore the city together.
I’m tidy and respectful of my housemates ~ while I like a chat I respect and understand the need for personal space and downtime. I have 2 yrs experience in shared accomodation and highly value open communication.

As a student I tend to eat mostly vegetarian but don't have any strict dietary requirements. I like to cook and am happy to have a regular shared meal with housemates, but for the most part I cook for myself.

I do not have living room furniture.

I don't have any pets but would love to live with a cat(s)!
