I have my own investment property in Ballarat so I know what it means to have a good tenant. I know that it is an odd request to only rent for 2 months but having been a landlord myself I understand that it is better to get someone in for two months than not have anyone in there at all.
I’m great with pets and have a green thumb so I can also look after anything while you’re away.
