I am a Youth Mentor/Program facilitator in the eastern suburbs. I pull down casual rates on full time hours so I will definitely be able to pay rent and bills on time. I’ve been living out of home for 4 years with no rent issues.
I am a musical theatre nerd, a multi instrumentalist, dungeons and dragons nerd and honestly nerd nerd. I am a big social butterfly but also happy to keep to myself at home if that’s the vibe. I’m out of the house a lot due to irregular hours and a busy social/rehearsal schedule, so as long as that’s not an issue we should be grand!

Food sharing and furniture
I don’t like to share food. I have my own bed and some personal storage pieces for my own bedroom. The only piece i would like to have in a common space is my VHS television (about the size of a microwave). It was my Grandmother’s and i think it’s a cool piece to have in a shared area. I’m also happy to keep it in my room if need be.
