Im Nils, 30yrs from Germany. Just got to melbourne and looking for short to long term accom. gna be here for at least a year, If i like it longer. I work in the local film industry as a project manager. Hours are a little chaotic but i get enough time off. Used to live 5+ yrs w 5 roomies as a main tenant. Really enjoy a good chill vibe, the occasional dinner and drinks together and more. Im very clean and tidy, at least in the common areas. Its important to me that the general vibe in the house is respectful and harmonic, im a no bs no drama kinda guy and appreciate if the house is mostly kept clean and tidy. most important i wanna have chill roommates and have a good time together. I like to spend most of my time keeping busy w sports and exercise, a lot of daytrips, camping and outdoor hobbies. big into mountainbiking, cycling, hiking, skateboarding etc. love the sun in my face on a good day and appreciate the smalle things in life.
Mainly looking for something short term just to get out of the hostels and get off my feet. if the vibe is right im very happy to extend the lease and go for something long term. Something around st kilda, or general west melbourne not to far from the beach would be amazing. Albert park, port melbroune, st kilda west & east, south yarra , balaclaya etc. pretty open to anything.
