Hello,
My name is Josh and I am looking to move back to Melbourne as I miss living in a city.
I have had plenty of experience living in share houses, including in Melbourne and also in Berlin. I understand and respect living with others as well as house rules and expectations with having a calm, easy going and friendly nature.
I currently work as a Triple Zero Operator, with 4 on 4 off 12 hour rotational roster. So in my personal life, I like to keep things calm, tame and drama free and to be honest, not a whole lot bothers me. My new office will be based in Burwood East.
I have a had a huge focus on my health and fitness in the past 12 months, so I have been loving going to the gym and (trying) to eat healthy. I am keen to move back down to Melbourne and continue exploring and to try new things.
Like most, I enjoy traveling and try to get away at least once a year. I also have family and friends scattered everywhere, so I like to visit them in between on days that I am not working. I am currently living in Ballarat but I can also be flexible with viewing times :)

Important personal qualities
As i turned 30 last year, I am not looking for a party house and preferably living with others / someone else that also works full time. Shift workers would be a bonus!
In saying that, I still have a soft spot for pubs, bars and restaurants. Occasional house gatherings are completely fine also!
I am wanting to find someone that has a mutual respect for providing a clean, happy house that we can live in together.
I am also open to sharing meals and going to a bar / restaurant / hanging out together, although it is not essential if that is not your preference.
I love pets if you have any, I don't have any myself but I have also dog sat multiple times for family and friends.

Food sharing and furniture
I prefer to arrange my own food, however I would be open to cooking and sharing some meals with you. Basic and shared household items should be 50/50.
As far as living room furniture goes, I have a coffee table that I can provide (I am selling the couches that I have)
I have an air fryer, full kitchen and dining items if needed - however if not needed I can make other arrangements for the above.
