I am seeking to move into a new lease in the same area after ending a long-term lease of 13 years in Bentleigh East (. I am employed as a truck driver and have been so for the past 14 years (currently in concreting) I see home as a place of rest and sanctuary, and I strictly do not have parties or allow guests to stay over for any longer then a night or two. I appreciate that your clients would have worked very hard to both purchase and furnish this property and I will (much as I currently do) demonstrate that respect by ensuring that I will look after their home and contents with the same care as I would our own.
