I work Monday to Friday and spending my weekends out at the paddock with my horse and kids.

Im easy going my kids are quiet and the younger 2 - 11 and 9 when they are home spend their time on gaming console.. my 2 younger children attend a private school, have manners and are respectful of people's private space and belongings (this comes also from growing up with horses and them having to entertain themselves and not to touch things that aren't theirs which they learnt quickly)
