Hi I’m Jade, 41 year old non-smoker looking for a flatmate who is respectful of others space, mature and appreciates a clean home.
I currently work part time but am moving back to full time at the end of August 2025 and am able to pay bond and two months rent upfront also. The cost of rent whilst part time would not be an issue.
I am also able to be added to a lease if need be but at a minimum would like a standard online rental agreement signed by both parties.
As per legal requirements, a bedroom lock would also need to be supplied.
Earliest available date is Sat 31st May looking at 6-12 month lease. I know that the move in date is not for a while but hoping that adding my profile early will be seen by the right fit.
I work in Healthcare Admin and have been with the same employer for over 18 months and Heathcare for over 5 years in total.
I am a very respectful housemate meaning I prefer my own privacy but can be social at times too. I enjoy cooking, reading and do about 2-3 10km hikes a month.
