I am a 33yo Canadian who immigrated to Melb 1.5 years ago for a job (sponsored). I live on my own in a small flat, but I am looking to save some money for travelling, have a bit more space, and meet new people. I love sailing, the outdoors, travelling, beach, pubs/bars, live music/gigs. I am a clean tenant and prefer clean housemates (within the reasonable range of being comfy and enjoying our space, I'm not too anal about it). I like my own space and alone time and make sure to respect yours, but I'm a friendly sociable person who would also like to have a friendly relationship with my housemates (and perhaps become great friends if that's the vibe!).
