I've been house and cat sitting for friends for the last few months, and will eventually be looking for my own place, so I'm really only looking for somewhere short term - 3 months max.
I work Full Time Sunday to Thursday, and am doing Yoga teaching on a Friday. I may take Saturday to rest at home, or be social with friends, depending on the week but am really only home nights and Saturdays.

I have shared many places with many people, so am used to being mindful of shared spaces. As long as we're all respectful of each other and our things in the house.
General cleanliness is important, I respect privacy, and am very considerate. laid back, happy, and quiet. I don't party, but don't mind if there's people over, as long as its not all the time.

Food sharing and furniture
I would prefer to look after my own food, I am vegan, so it's easier to organise it myself. I am more than happy to sit down and have a meal with others in the house if we're all home, and am happy to cook my own food at times for others if it's necessary. I have no furniture I'd be bringing to the room unless I need to organise my bed which is fine, but also happy if the room is furnished.
