I am a business owner and a very busy and full lifestyle so I will only likely be staying at this unit 2-3 nights per week maximum as have other accommodation I have around Melbourne but for convenience to be in the city, having this unit for weekends or week nights is really helpful for me to stay when travelling between work sites in different areas of the city. I am partnered with 2 dogs and they may stay from time to time also.
I do have the travel bug and welcome guests to stay if I am not using the room from time to time, these would always be my personal close friends.

Important personal qualities
Non smoker and only want to live in a non smoking environment. I really like people who have a positive and kind disposition/mindset.
Not interested in living with people who party and take drugs. Drugs are a huge no-no for me.
Someone who does like to have a drink and good conversation is completely fine and acceptable.
I much prefer to be around fit and healthy, active people with a professional career.
Must be really clean and tidy and respectful that this is a share house for adults.

Food sharing and furniture
This property will be fully furnished in the living areas.
You would need to supply your own bed, bedroom furniture, towels, linen etc.
As I will not be there regularly, it will be a separate food/shopping.
I don't eat a lot of meat, but not a vegan/vegetarian but happy to be inspired by one!
