Hi there. I am an easy going, hard working, young at heart 50 year old single Australian gentleman. I work full time at a busy factory in Dandenong. I have lived in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs for many years, and would like to stay in the area. I love big trees, beautiful native gardens and all creatures great and small.
Important personal qualities
I am extremely friendly, and get along well with most people and animals. My communication skills are excellent. As much as I can talk, I love to sit and listen too. I am clean, quiet, and considerate of other people and their properties. I love to listen to music, or have a quiet drink and chat with friends. Go out together, or vege at home watching movies or playing video/board/card games. I always clean up after myself, do my share of household chores, and pay my bills on time so as not to create stress. Just looking for somewhere safe and comfortable to share with some like-minded others.
Food sharing and furniture
I am a big sharer. What's mine is yours generally. I will eat pretty much anything but seafood. I am no master chef, but certainly will have a go. I am more than willing to split the cost and preparation to have sit down meals with other house members, but also happy to do my own thing if need be. I bring very little furniture, but am more than happy to contribute towards anything that we may want or need.
Description of pets
I do not currently have any pets of my own to bring to the property, but have been thinking I'd like a puppy, or kitten or both 😝 If you have pets, I can almost guarantee they will like me 🥰
