Hello! I currently work full time (2 to 3 days WFH and the rest in the CBD) for a wine company and yes, that means free wine! My current lease ends in March.

I'm much more of a day person, so usually keep it low-key during the working week and tend to take my socializing out of the house.

I've rented on my own and in shared houses before. So I'm experienced and can happily share spaces with others. Tidy, clean, and enjoy keeping a calm space for everyone. I like to be buddies, share a meal/drink/adventure, or chat. But I'm very comfortable doing my own thing and respectful of space.

In my spare time, I love learning new things so I often like to go to classes or workshops. I'm currently doing pilates a couple of times a week. Enjoy exercising and being out in nature as much as I can. I love a new brunch place or going out for food (more than welcome to come for a food trip. The more the merrier!). I also like reading, watching movies, op shops, music, art, and taking much-needed naps. Big on travel and try to organize a trip once or twice a year. Otherwise, I'll hang out with my friends, and family or enjoy some me time at home.

I'm a pretty relaxed and open person, I like to joke around and keep it light-hearted. I like a peaceful, calm environment but enjoy a bit of a good time here and there. I value taking good care of my things and surroundings. I'm approachable if anything needs to be discussed and very considerate. I would hope anyone would feel comfortable being themselves around me.

I don't have a car so no need for any parking. I am open to living in most suburbs as long as its in walkable distance to a train station. I would only be bringing bedroom furniture with me (Though I have leftover kitchenware and odds and ends from my last place if needed) All kinds of friendly and I love animals! So happy to live with all the pets :)

Reliable with rent/bills, responsible and considerate. I have experience renting and in shared houses. I like to have a good time and a laugh.

I believe in communication and I value that from housemates as well.

I am curious and accepting, I would hope anyone in my company feels comfortable being themselves without judgment.

I was a vegetarian for 18 years but recently I have started eating small amounts of red meat occasionally, but I don't have to eat this at home if anyone is vegan or has dietary requirements. I am always happy to share a meal but I'm not a very good cook! Happy to do the cleaning though haha.
