Hi, I’m George, a 34-year-old originally from near Byron Bay. At 16, I set out on my own, first moving to Brisbane and later to Wellington, NZ. These days, Melbourne feels like home. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of travelling across Europe and the USA. My career is rooted in the world of dance, where I work both as a performer and teacher, specialising in ballet and contemporary styles. My schedule doesn’t follow the usual 9-5 – you’ll find me teaching through the day, into the evenings, and sometimes on weekends.

I recently completed my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at Melbourne University and am now wrapping up my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

As for my personality, I’m a mix of outgoing fun with a dash of introverted charm. I value laid-back, respectful interactions and enjoy my space as much as a good laugh. In the kitchen, I love experimenting and am on my way to being an avid chef. I’m also a space and science enthusiast (I’ll happily stay up for SpaceX launch), and my passion for Lego and rockets is pretty limitless. Life’s taught me to stay flexible, go with the flow, and not get caught up in the little things.

Fitness is a big part of my life – you’ll catch me doing Pilates, yoga, and hitting the gym regularly. While I enjoy singing in the shower or busting out dance moves at home, I’m not much of a party-goer. I keep my space tidy and love cooking when time allows. I’m a fan of cider, wine, and a good gin.

I’m not just looking for a place to stay but a home where friendships can grow. I’m excited to meet like-minded people or anyone who appreciates a creative and respectful housemate.

I’m looking for housemates who value qualities like drive, strength, and open-mindedness, alongside respect, honesty, and care. Trust and patience are equally important, as well as keeping a tidy and cooperative environment. I believe that friendliness and a positive attitude are key to fostering a harmonious home, and if we click, building a genuine friendship would be a bonus!

Love to cook and don't mind sharing things or having a big cook up together during the week. I tend to have a wine ir cider with dinner and occasionally on the weekend will enjoy a few more bevvies with whoever is up for chilling out.
