Hi, I’m looking for a long term rental as I’m living in Melbourne on a sponsorship visa. Currently I’m living in Fitzroy, just off Smith St but my rent is increasing significantly in September and my current flatmate is moving interstate so I’m looking elsewhere as opposed to staying here. Idealling looking for a similar area.
I’m 29 and working as a HR Partner in the CBD but work from home a 3 days a week so somewhere with a desk or room for a desk would be great.
Like a flatmate who is keen to hang out or have a few drinks at home/in a pub from time to time but I do also enjoy chillin out and relaxing and my own company, so won’t be living out your pocket. Preferably my own en-suite too.
In terms of personality, I’m fairly easy going and enjoy going out (Sircuit) watching films, trash tv, travelling, socialising, hun culture and I’m also LGBT (if that matters)
