**Starting a new job on Tuesday 22nd October. Move in either weekend 12th or 19th Oct. Will be in town for viewings IN PERSON either weekend 4-6th October and available to do inspection online before this date*

Originally from Adelaide, I've called Sydney home for the last six years and it's time for fresh start with a new chapter in a new city... Melbourne!

Professionally, I'll be working for a city based University doing... whatever the PD says I'll be doing (research program coordination... ask me when you meet me). I'm also (casually) studying part time. Work keeps me fairly busy during the week and I'll do a mix of on campus and work from home days.

Outside of work, I hope to get into social dancing in Melbourne (Brazillian Zouk, bachata, salsa), explore the new city, reconnect with old friends and make new friends and travel between Adelaide and Sydney.

The boring but important stuff: I keep communal areas clean and tidy and appreciate this done in return. I love a good chat and a cheeky glass/s of wine (or gin) with my housemates but also enjoy my own space, down time and binging Netflix!

Now the serious stuff:

• NO PETS. Please don’t message me if you’ve got a pet that lives in the house. I’ll love the place and then realise I can’t move in because I’ve got allergies.
• Move in either 12th or 19th Oct.
• Parking (including onstreet) is needed, as I've got a car.

Available to do online inspection before I come down to Melbourne.

Avoiding rattling off a list of my personal qualities that I would list on a resume, I am an organised young professional who moved to Sydney for work. I'm mostly organised and tidy and not looking for a party house.

I'm always up for a chat but I recognise love my down time, spent in my room with Netflix or reading a good book!

Happy to share the odd meal, but I like to cook my own meals.

I have furniture for my room, so looking for a place that has the rest of the house sorted (e.g. fridge, washing machine).

No pets. I love them but my allergies do not agree with living with them.
