About this person
I’m looking for a place to call home,where privacy is respected. I’m very happy alone or to chat - not fussed either way. I clean up after myself, am pretty laid back, don’t run up utility bills and, al looking for someone similar. I’ve lived on a “party” house before (bringing friends over at 2am!) and I have no interest in that again.
My cat stays inside at all times and stays in my room. She’s a very skittish cat, and only wanders around the house if nobody else is home. However, if you prefer she doesn’t do that she’s perfectly fine in my room. She’s fully house trained.
I enjoy going to the footy most weekends, love the odd drink - socially. I rarely drink alone or ar home. Might have a beer at home if it’s ridiculously hot, one usually does the trick. I work full time, Monday - Friday, work from home occasionally too. I also have a side business of pet sitting, there’s many times I’m not home. I drop in to feed my cat, spend some time with her and then I’m gone again.

Important personal qualities
I’m neat & tidy, respectful of communal spaces. Happy to have a chat but, don’t rely on my housemate for social interactions. I’m not looking for a party house. I’m happy for the odd gathering but, having loads of people over at 2am on a weekday is not on. Having said this, I am pretty laid back. Simply looking for a quiet home where I can relax & hang out with my cat or have a chat with my housemate if they want to.

I prefer to buy my own food & have some furniture however, using or not using my furniture is fine either way.
