I have lived both on my own and with housemates before.
I am tidy/clean but not OCD and would prefer a similar housemate. I like to be transparent with how I live and hope to find a similar match.
I'm the type that will eat my dinner before washing up...I'm the type that will leave a coffee mug in the sink and wash it later...maybe I'll soak a big pot/pan if it needs it after cooking a meal...however overall I keep things tidy, I'm just not OCD about things and I prefer someone who also isn't OCD as I find it ends up feeling like walking on eggshells. My philosophy is a home is to be lived in and not lived like a display home
I keep communal areas tidy as it's a shared space.

I am a social person with a couple of close friends who I would want to feel comfortable coming around for a drink or dinner from time to time..and I would want my housemate to feel comfortable having their people over as well.
I am a house/pet sitter too so if I have a job I wont be home some nights too....

Important personal qualities
I'm an ambivert (a mix between extroverted and introverted) so I'm a good balance I believe...I enjoy my own space and like easy-going independent ppl who are kind, courteous, and make for a good vibe chilled house. I'm a social person and enjoy having a friend over for a coffee or a glass of wine/beer/coffee, so my housemate would have to be okay with that at times ( I'm not rowdy or anything, just sit and chat and sip)
