I am Mark M, a high school English teacher. I am a casual teacher but work most every day.
My life is split between Japan, where I am right now and where my wife lives, and Australia where I will primarily live and so I need a base there. I can pay rent when I am in Japan for school holidays.
I am easy to get along with, I have a lot of interests in life and don't have poor living habits, Don't drink and smoke, like to go to the club a few evenings for a meal and trivia and arrange a nice outing or two on weekends.
I placed 2-3 months but may stay longer, especially if things are well.
I have attached a very recent picture of my wife and myself here in Japan and some other older photos of me with my kids who just started at Sydney Uni.

Important personal qualities
I like to do an cardio video using Youtube in my room for fitness a few times a week and if possible a bath afterwards (I can pay a little more for my share of water afterwards.
I play acoustic guitar, one of my subjects is music, but won't be plugging an electric into a stereo at 3am or the like.
I study Japanese in my room daily, it is another subject that I teach.

Food sharing and furniture
I have no furniture in Australia at present so if there is a bed to sleep on and a dressing table and cupboard, that is what I wish for.
Food: BYO, but I don't mind if someone needs to use my bread, milk or sauces in emergency. Hope that can be mutual and just leave a note or ask beforehand so it doesn't niggle anyone.
