Hi, my name is James and I'm a 25 year old graduate civil engineer about to start a postgrad program with Orica in Newcastle in early February 2025.
I will be working full-time throughout the week and will be travelling to Sydney on a semi-regular basis to visit family and friends. Otherwise I intend to spend my spare time exploring Newcastle and its surrounds.
I have diverse interests including but not limited those listed in my profile. I am a well-mannered and respectful individual from a family of 5 with two younger sisters. I am generally the quiet type but enjoy socializing once I get to know people. I enjoy playing sports such as football & tennis, love spending time outdoors bushwalking, camping and at the beach but am just as happy to spend my time indoors reading, gaming or watching various media (TV, news, Netflix, etc.).
I clean up after myself and am familiar with shared amenities from my time living in various share houses since 2021 and in university accommodation prior to that.
I would like a private room with space for a double bed and large desk/small office setup.
