Hi! My name is Mia and my friend Charlotte and I are 20 and 21 year olds looking for a place to live in Newcastle.
We’re searching for a house and a potential third female roommate. Our individual budgets are between $200-275 per week. We are looking for a place on the Newcastle side of Lake Macquarie, anywhere in Newcastle but preferably Charlestown, Cardiff, Adamstown and Kotara areas.
We are looking to move early 2025 before the end of January.
About us!
We both love animals and are hoping to get an inside rescue cat to live with. Sadly we do not have our own dog and cannot get one due to allergies.
We’re both from a small regional town in NSW and love the outdoors when the weather is good.
We are tidy, non-obtrusive and responsible roommates and friends.
We are pretty big homebodies, and enjoy a catchup over a cup of tea. Both non-smokers and rarely drink, so looking for someone like-minded.
We love crafting, cooking, baking, and creating, and are LGBTQIA+ friendly.
Mia:

• Will bring keyboard and guitar (but won’t disturb you)
• Has guinea pigs that live in self-contained cages outside
