My name's John, I'm a 20 yo male and I'm looking for a 3 person share house or 2 other people to team up with in the Newcastle area.
Price range: $200 to $250 pw
Move in date: 6th to 27th January
Location: Top 1/2 of Newcastle (Newcastle, Mayfield, Wallsend, Maryland, Cameron Park, Charlestown, New Lambton, etc).
My requirements are good internet and somewhere to park my car. Preferably the bedrooms would have some type of separation between them to keep the noise down (bathroom, hallway, built in wardrobe, etc).
I have lived in a small 6 person Uni sharehouse for the past year so I have lots of experience with roomates. I'm a non-smoker, dont have any pets and dont mind if you do. I am a quiet and respectful "go with the flow" kind of person and would like to be friends with my roomates. I also don't mind the occasional party but I don't want to live in a party house.
I am originally from Scone and moved to Newy about a year ago to study Computer Science, but dropepd out. I currently work at BWS and McDonalds and I'm planning on doing an apprenticeship as an electrician or machinist.
