I am 45 and have my own business which specialises in gardening and handywomen services for organisations such as Aged Care, DV and NDIS which keeps me pretty busy. In my spare time I like golf, snorkelling, paddle boarding, reading, live music, AFL and I have good wine and food appreciation skills. I am a sucker for a good true crime doco or a movie with a plot twist and quietly the odd reality tv show. I am a country girl at heart so I will give you a bit of friendly banter and enjoy having a laugh - if your jokes are terrible, I am laughing at you, not with you.

During the week I am work focused and will sit down with a wine at night and relax between planning my next day and catch up on the admin side of things. On the weekends I like to put work aside and have downtime to potter around and make the most of the 2 days off.

I moved to Perth 5 years ago and during this time I have been share housing with people from this site and all roomies are willing to provide rental references and I have a current police check with no disclosable outcomes. They will tell you I am clean, pay rent and bills on time, am respectful of other people's privacy but I am also happy to be sociable in joint meals and conversations with others I live with.

I do not have any pets but don't mind if you do and my family live interstate so I only have a small pool of friends and I usually catch up with them out and about not at home.

I do have 2 work vehicles which have all my tools stored in them so off street parking for the vehicles will be favourable.

My landlord lives overseas for 9 months of the year and wants their house for December and January so this will likely be a short term arrangement until I can move back in February.
