Hi i'm 38 years old, clean house mate, looking to move asap, always pay my rent on time never any issues there, not into parties but don't mind having a couple beers after work at times or going the pub for 1 or 2 occasionally, easy going, down to earth, I'm quite the quiet private person who is generally working or out somewhere with my pup or chilling with my pup, which i work for a local business up here in the hills, so would like to stay local to the hills if possible with work been one big factor but i also like the hills and how i can walk out and onto numerous tracks for me and my doggo to walk along and enjoy on our walks...and i love living up in this area also...i have my special little fur baby (my pup) that's a rescue doggo and he's 2 years old and he is also albino...meaning yeah he's deaf...completely deaf...and that he also cant be in the sun as much as possible etc...but he is extremely well behaved and chilled out and gentle and very friendly and good with kids and other animals (even cats he's fine). he sleeps most of the time or he will be with me at work etc usually most days anyway. He`s my little pride and joy and he's a very gentle hearted boy. I'll pass a police clearance etc if required I have good rental references...I'm not interested in dickheads or drama, I'm old school kind of guy...I'm just a worker that sticks to myself...I hope to hear from you ps I'm willing to pay extra and a pet bond to have my fur baby there as I don't care about how big or whatever a house is or how flash it is or isn't all I care about is somewhere that my fur baby will be safe and happy and understanding etc of his special needs/disabilities...looking for 6 months or long term is even better, ultimately want to stay around Kalamunda, Walliston, Lesmurdie areas if I can

happy to buy my own, also happy to share food/meals/duties etc, not phased if your vegetarian or anything as each to their own but i myself eat meat.

A handsome boy that sleeps most of the time, isn't destructive or noisy,only things he chews are his bones or his toys, goes the toilet outside, loves his walkies which he gets at least 2 x 40min-1hr walks a day if not more, loves car rides, loves to have a play, very friendly and gentle, rescue dog so yes he's desexed/microchipped and registered for lifetime and, hes deaf and also albino so has to be kept out of the sun as much as possible, he has such a lovely nature though and doesnt have a bad bone in his body, he loves chicken nuggets haha
