Hello, my name is Jacob, I am 19 years old and I am currently working full-time as a traffic controller in the Mandurah area. I am typically out of the house before the sun is up and the days and hours I work vary, but the work and the income is steady. I have recently obtained my truck license among other qualifications so I am hoping for a new job by the end of the year.
I will be looking for a place to move into around mid-end of September and my partner, Daniella, will also be needing a place to live sometime in October, and I am hoping that she can join me in the rental. I understand that this may require an adjustment in the rent, and I am prepared to pay more to accomodate this change. I can pay bond and up to 4 weeks rent in advance.

We enjoy going out to eat and admittedly spending a bit too much at timezone or go karting. We don't smoke and very rarely will have a drink. I enjoy to spend my downtime relaxing at home after work watching a show or playing games. I also like to go fishing when the weather and ocean permits. Important personal qualities
I am pretty clean and dont like seeing a mess so will always clean up after myself especially when it comes to dishes. I am quiet but not antisocial, I just like to live a simple life. Looking for housemates that will respect my privacy as I do theirs and allow me to have quiet down time. I do not really party or go out much, but I do love going fishing or down to a go kart track.
