I work full time, I am single with no dependants.

I love the beach, listening to music, watching movies, traveling, motorsports, health and fitness.
I am looking for a private room (with my own bathroom) either furnished or unfurnished and secure garage parking for my vehicle.
I am happy to pay more for the right place / would also be interested in a 1 - 2 bedroom Apartment / Granny Flat if it had a lockable garage, my budget is flexible.
