I’m on my 2nd year of my MA at Curtin University, and I work part-time at Nando’s East Vic Park. I’m looking for a place near the city as it will be easier for my internship program starting this semester (July).

My only main concerns are:
- fully furnished with wardrobe
- own bathroom
- parking for one car street side is fine

My decorum as a tenant:
* I am very neat and organised with my living spaces and personal hygiene
* I am very observant of house rules and communicate well should there be anything I am uncertain about before taking any action
* I vacuum and mop the floors every week or sometimes every other week when I have a heavy load on assessments week for uni. Of course, I do this at reasonable hours (usually weekends 12:00 - 15:00) and should a neighbour knock to complain if they find it noisy, I am respectful on forming a compromise with them
* I am very strict on keeping a fifo inventory on food items so as not to cause any contamination with people I share fridge space with.
* I am cordial and very respectful of people and acclimate well to how they want to communicate and very accepting of all cultures
* I am open-minded, honest and conscientious with communications
* I am mindful with budgeting on my utilities even if it is included with the rent
* I mostly keep to myself and do not host unruly parties; a home-cooked dinner at most for my birthday where I might invite a few friends over for dinner but they will not stay the night
* I am quite knowledgeable and curious with arts, music, and different cultures
* I am quite good with handy work especially sewing, and I am more than happy to help out people when I can.

I like cooking and have studied formally at culinary school for 2 years before pursuing multimedia arts. I am vey organized and hygienic as well and I love beauty and fashion. I usually keep to myself as I have a lot of research and paintings that I am busy with, in summary I’m a type A or INTJ type, but I do like to create things like DIYs and paintings. I also play the guitar, and I am a classical coloratura soprano.

I don’t have a special diet, but I like to make my own food. I don’t mind sharing when I cook big batches, but I have been in busy at uni currently, so I mostly rely on my staff meals and instant noodles at the time being.

I don’t have a pet, but I’d enjoy staying in a house where there is a pet as I love animals. I love cats and big dog breeds the most!
