Hello My name is Devon, and l am from a small country town in WA moving to Perth for university. Am studying full time at ECU Joondalup. I am 19 years old needing a place to rent. I will be doing a job transfer with Bunnings which I am of part time employment working between 25-38 hours a week usually between 9-5. I am a very sporty person who loves the outdoors and beach, and anything to with sport. I’m a very clean tidy and social person but love being my own company too! A bit smoker/ vaper do not participate!
Important personal qualities
I'm tidy and respectful of communal spaces. Love having the occasional drink or meal together, but I don't depend on this - I have a good group of friends. Enjoy the occasional night out, but my main focusses are my family, friends, work and healthy lifestyle (i.e. gym and clean eating). I work during the week and some weekends

I have no special dietary restrictions and don't mind sharing household foo with a house shop every now and then.
