My partner, Jack, and I are looking for a new place to call home.
We’ve been living together for the past couple of years, but as our current property is being put up for sale, we need to secure our new home within the next 50 days. We’re ideally seeking a 12-month lease but are flexible with the term to suit your preferences.
About Us:
I’m Lenka, 30, originally from Slovakia, and I’ve been living in Australia for over six years. I work as a FIFO traffic controller with a regular roster. In my free time, I enjoy camping and cooking.
My partner, Jack, is 27 and originally from Yorkshire, England. He works full-time as a recruitment consultant in Balcatta, where he is currently under sponsorship for a minimum of three or more years. Jack also enjoys playing golf and camping.
If successful, we are happy to move in at any time before February 25th, which is when we need to leave our current home. We can offer one month’s rent and bond upfront.
We are responsible and reliable tenants with excellent rental references. We’re happy to provide supporting documents such as payslips, bank statements, or anything else you may require.
