About this person
Hello flatmates! I am Laetitia, originally from Paris.
I have been living in Melbourne for the past year, and moved in with my Australian partner Callum (born and raised in Perth!) about 6 months ago. As this year was tough on both of us in Melbourne, we decided to relocate to Perth by January 2025 and work there until my visa expires in July.
We both work in the city as cocktail bartenders, although for separate businesses. This occupation takes time and energy: we love spending time together outside on our usual days off, and quietly relax back home otherwise :)

Important personal qualities
Callum and I first met back in 2023. I love: travelling (40+ countries), clean spaces and funny chats. Callum likes gaming, going out for the occasional craft beer, and prefers keeping to himself otherwise. Our current landlord, who lives with us in Melbourne, will vouch for us if you need!
--- Important "lifestyle" stuff ---
We both usually works a couple of jobs at the time, with our days off falling on Monday-Tuesday. As bartenders, we may come home late but try to keep very quiet at night (no shower, no use of kitchen), as sleep is precious and we often have little time between shifts, especially on the week-ends. When time allows, we are otherwise really fine with sharing a drink or a nice convo with our flatmates. Let's make this house a home for everybody!
In short...
AVAILABLE TO VISIT/MOVE-IN: January 21st 2025.
LENGTH OF STAY: until July 15th, 2025.
BUDGET: around 500pw for the both of us.
PARKING SPACE: not necessary. If bike storage area, it's a plus! I plan on biking to and back from work.
FOOD PREFERENCES: flexitarian. We can adapt to veggie lifestyle, but not vegan.
SMOKING: my partner very occasionally smokes outdoor. I don't like it so much anymore, so non-smoking roommates preferred.
CHORES: let's discuss what arrangement suits us best.
Looking forward to meeting you all.

Food sharing and furniture
Food sharing: Callum and I usually buy our own food; sharing essentials (flour, sugar, coffee, etc.) could be fine too.
Furniture: just the basics for the bedroom (bed, light, side table, a coat rack maybe?). A washing machine is absolutely essential for our work uniforms.
