Hey, I’m Katelyn! I’m 25 and recently returned to Perth after living overseas in NZ for six years. I’ve been staying with family but urgently need to find new living arrangements so I can restart my life in Perth. I’m bubbly, respectful, honest and always up for a chat, but I also respect personal space and downtime. I love music, art, and anything creative. I’m also very clean, tidy, and organized, so I’ll always do my part around the house. While I don’t have pets of my own, I absolutely love animals and would be happy in a home with them!

I’m looking for a place in a central location with easy access to public transport, the freeway, and work. Ideally, I’d love to live with friendly, respectful flatmates who enjoy a balance of socializing and personal space. I believe a great flatmate is someone who is respectful, kind, and considerate of others. Honesty and open communication are important to me, as well as creating a peaceful, drama-free environment. I value integrity and empathy, and I appreciate flatmates who are reliable, clean, and mindful of shared spaces. A positive, friendly atmosphere is essential for me, and I think a home is best when built on mutual respect and understanding. Being considerate of each other’s needs and maintaining a harmonious, comfortable living space makes all the difference.

I’m pretty easy-going about food—I don’t have any strong preferences, so I’m comfortable whether we share food or arrange our own. I don’t have any furniture to bring with me, but I’m happy to arrange any furniture I might need to suit the space.
