Hi there. First just some basic info about myself. I am male, 42, born in iran and grew up in melbourne since 1994. Lived and went to school in North Balwyn, in melbourne.
My qualities as a housemate are : i am mature person with experience living in share accommodation. I have found the most vital things living with other people for me are things like tidyness and cleanliness. Keeping to myself and not bothering others too much while at the same time always up for a chat and drink and a nice conversation. I am orgonised and mature so i always clean uo after myself and also make rent payments on time or sometimes in advance.
Scourse of income: i have been working full time as a painter for the past few years. I had a very close call a few months ago, nearlly falling off a roof of a house while painting the exterior, so i have stopped working as a painter and looking to change occupations. Something less physical and exposed to the elements.
