Hello!
I used to live in Perth a number of years ago and am returning to take up Employment in West Leederville starting 18th November.
I’ve still a lot of friends here and am looking forward to getting out and about (not a home body / couch Potato) enjoying the outdoors (beach, running, gym and hiking) and also chilling with good people on weekends when I can (dinner parties, music etc).
I’m very tidy and clean (non smoker), Own my own home in NZ and enjoy animals (used to be a Vet Nurse).
Looking for a largish room, or an extra space for storage, up to approx $350pw ex expenses, close to West Leederville, City Beach or down the Coast. Non smoking, tidy, chilled and respectful, relaxed housemates be grand thanks.
