I’m a self-employed communications designer working from home mostly. Very quiet and respectful of personal space yet social and friendly. I have a great rental reference for you to read.
Sadly, my current lease comes to an end on 6 Sept (landlord selling) and I'm hoping to move into a new home over the week before but will be flexible for the right opportunity and your needs.
If setting up anew, I can fully furnish common areas/kitchen/laundry with my mostly mid-century modern aesthetic and have an extra queen bed if you need one. Some of my stuff is in the pics on my profile.
