Hi there! We are 2 females (30 years old) looking to rent an apt/flat share. We are comfortable with roomies and hoping for a place that is furnished. We will arrive in Perth end of November and will stay till end of May 2024. We are both working adults, one will work from home (remotely from her current job in Singapore) and the other who is looking for a job on a working holiday visa. We are looking for 2BDR, preferably with a parking space.
