I'm Steve. 33 years old and work in Corporate and Strategic Finance leading a team for a renewable energy company here in Perth. Very much a spiritual man, and my core values revolve around treating myself and others with respect, open and honest communication, and doing everything I can to remain both physically and mentally healthy. Outside of work I enjoy listening to and playing music, writing, and planning my next adventure.
Throughout the week I work fairly long hours, and like to workout early morning and practice yoga in the evenings. Over the weekend I tend to spend in equal parts with myself and with my friends - I love being in my own energy just as much as I do being social and spending time with the people I care about most.

Important personal qualities
Keeping things clean and tidy. I will always be someone that cleans more than others, and have issue with giving a level of contribution over and above others in that way. I am inherently a person that likes to give without the expectation of receiving something in return, and with that if I do clean more than others, its form a place of giving to the people that I share space with.
In terms of what generally makes a good housemate, I believe it is important to communicate, understand and respect other peoples boundaries. Ultimately you are sharing space and all parties need to accomodate (within reason) the best they can for others to live their life.

I tend to be very strict with my diet, so I would likely arrange my own food. However I am open to sharing on areas where diet and health objectives are aligned.
