Hi, i'm Kate. I'm 31 and work full time Monday - Friday. I start work at 7am so am up early-ish. I am originally from New Zealand but have lived in Perth for almost 12 years.
I'm easy going, have solid banter and am really friendly. I am very social when I’m out seeing friends or doing any hobbies and value my downtime when home in a comfortable space. Partial to a drink on occasion but not a club/party type human.
I require a queen sized room.
I have a non negotiable ‘plus one’ who is my 12 year old male ginger cat called Newton. He is indoors only and a senior. He’s happy sleeping away and eating but he is social and loves interacting with others.
I love going to the gym, dancing, cooking and going out to visit friends. I also love a good relaxing day of getting in the garden (I love a good lawn to care for), playing PS5 or watching Netflix.
Hope we can find a new home with some wonderful humans we can connect with whilst also valuing our own space.

I value my down time when I am home as I am quite social when outside of the home. I love to have a chat and am always happy to lend an ear. I apprecite open-minded, kind, understanding humans. I have lived with many people over the years from various backgrounds. I like to keep communal areas clean and tidy, am up to share the occasional meal and am chasing peaceful and gentle souls.
Food sharing and furniture
As my schedule can be a little busy after work hours, a lot of the time I will cook for myself/meal prep however I am always open for a shared meal every now and again.

Newton is a 12 year old ginger and white cat. He is very human and animal friendly having lived with both cats and dogs prior. He loves attention and is very food motivated.
