Hi guys, I'm seeking long-term accommodation. Social working background (B.Psych), have Federal Police clearance (wwcc) and references 👌

Due to move by 25th of December, but I could move now. I've been here 5yrs, but they're increasing rent by 25%, so I'm not renewing the lease.
Important personal qualities
Can pay a bit more if I have my own bathroom. I'm open, honest & respectful of others (and your space and items). I'm pretty quiet & tend to stick to myself, but happy to chat, movie night, or explore restaurants with you. Clean and tidy, I vacuum & clean my bathroom /bedroom areas weekly (almost OCD, but not 🤣) and happy to contribute to shared cleaning of common areas and do a bit of gardening. Non-smoker /rarely-drink, love UFC Sunday mornings & Netflix, love food & trying new foods (favourites are spicy sambul eggplant & beef rendang). I don't have any pets, but would love it if you have some fur babies 🙏

Happily single & I always meet my friends at restaurants, or bars, so you'll never be imposed upon. Rarely cook, probably only once per month 😳 (im a pretty good cook, but just a pain to cook for 1 😅). I'm in my 50's and retired early, as self employed with an online business /hobby since 2019, so that keeps me quiet and occupied throughout day and i recently discovered AirTasker, so been doing a few things on that recently
