Hi everyone!
I am a 22 year old international student entering my 2nd year in Curtin University and am looking for a place that is within a walkable distance to Curtin University (looking into Karawara, Waterford or Bentley) and preferrably an all female household. Due to financial restrictions, my budget is capped at $250/wk and would prefer a room that is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, study table & chair) with air-conditioning and heater.
My dorm lease ends on 18 December 2024 and will be able to start paying for rent from 19 December onwards.
I am currently back home for the summer holidays and will be back in Perth to officially move into the room on 25 February 2025. However, I will be sending over my close friend for inspections.
