I am a full-time mother to our 3-month-old Saria. I love gardening and caring for indoors and outdoors plants. I previously commenced a Certificate in Horticulture and plan on completing this in the future. Julian is a musician who produces electronic music and is actively searching for full-time employment.
I receive the Centrelink Parenting Payment and Family Tax Benefit A&B fortnightly. Julian receives the Centrelink Job Seeker. We are eligible for the Centrelink Bond and Rent Assistance and hold the ability to cover the bond and amount of weekly rent.
We have been responsible and reliable tenants for the past 6 years. During this time, we have kept the rental properties clean and well-maintained, respected the responsibility of paying rent on time, and followed the Residential Tenancy Act 1987 and the terms of our tenancy agreement.
We are respectful of other people’s privacy and have maintained positive relationships with previous tenants, property lessors and neighbours. We understand the responsibility that comes with looking after a home and treating it as if it were our own.

Food sharing and furniture
We prefer to cook as a family but are happy to share a meal occasionally with housemates. Julian and I currently have some shared and personal furniture items in storage. We are able to move into our next tenancy with a fridge, washing machine, a coffee table, and our own bed and study desk. Anything else we needed can be purchased when we move in.
