Hi there, I am relocating from Melb to Perth to obtain employment and find a residence for my family who'll follow in a few months time... currently i am self funded with income Protection payments as well as funds from the sale of my home. I can pay a few months rent in advance.

I am looking for a female housemate who leads a quiet lifestyle, neat and tidy. I may or may not bring our dog, just depends on the logistics as he is an old staffy, but I would like the option there to have a dog.
I will be either looking for part time or full time employment or a business to purchase. I would be staying for approximately 3 months, maybe more depending but enough notice would be given. My partner will be visiting from time to time and would stay with me but it would only be for a few days here and there, or i would be going back to Melbourne here and there until we find accommodation and employment for all of us to move permanently to a new residence here in Perth.

I am quiet and understand the importance of privacy and being considerate of the communal areas keeping it clean and neat and tidy, I do like to play music loudly at times lol but considerate of course. I like to have a few drinks and will be socialising with my friends but most likely it will be at their house unless the residence you have allows for an entertaining space. But by no means am i a party animal or will be having hoardes of people visit. I am familiar with Perth having lived there for over 10 years in the past.
Looking for a modern home with ample private space and own bathroom. It would be nice to have a private office space as well seperate to my bedroom.
I dont mind if the bedroom is already furnished or not. Can pay up to $350 a week give or take.
