Hello, i am currently studying in UWA, living in a shared accommodation, but due to the noisy and messy habits of my flatmates i am looking to find a new place to live. I do not smoke, do not have pets, nor do i have allergies against them. I love keeping things clean to avoid deep cleaning.

Really simple. Keeps the place clean, and tidy, does what he promises (e.g. when we scheduled vacuuming the shared spaces once a week, do what we have agreed on.)
