Apologies but I’m just coming back from a long trip so not looking for a place that requires me to pay 5+ weeks rent in advance.
Looking for a room to rent ideally not somewhere super far from the city/central but taking all offers at the moment.
$300 budget
I don’t drink, don’t smoke and not a party person.
A room that’s ideally furnished or at least bed and mattress minimum.
I do have a car so parking nearby will be needed.
I’ll be working mon-sat long days and when I’m home I will be studying so seeking a somewhat quiet house.
