Hi, nice to meet you! My name is Gianmarco, I come from Italy and I'm going to work as an Italian language assistant teacher in some public schools of the city!
I'll get to Perth in the next few days (it'll be my first time ever in Australia), so I'm starting to look for a shared house with a standard room where to stay from Sunday 9th February until approximately the end of December 2025.
I'd prefer areas like Bull Creek, Murdoch, or near Canning Bridge and Elizabeth Quay stations.
If possible, I would like to arrange an inspection between 25th January and 7th February, in order to make me an idea of the place I should stay within the next ten months 🙂
A private bathroom and wardrobe would be a plus.
