Hi there, i fly into perth soon from NZ and am looking for a room to rent.. work will be based in either bibra lakes or wangara so looking for a room anywhere near or in between those suburbs :) max rent 300pw. Unless it's a granny flat or something then I'd be happy to pay more
I'm easy going and get along with anyone. On the weekdays you'll see me working, at the gym, at the beach or playing indoor cricket and on the weekends I like to get out and go on road trips, beach days, walks and playing and watching sport.
Not looking for a party house but don't mind having a couple beers with my house Mates and always up for a chat but also respectful of other people's space..
